AI experiences and presets

An AI experience is a reusable preset: the styling instructions, the guest-facing name and the AI model behind it. Vendors create their own presets, which stay private to their workspace and can be assigned to any of their events. Released Pengyu Library presets are maintained centrally and available to every vendor as starting points; duplicating one creates an independent copy you can edit without affecting the original. Where more than one production AI model is available on the platform, you choose which one an experience uses.

Browser-based operation

The whole event workflow is designed around the browser. Operators manage events, presets and branding from a dashboard, and the booth itself is a link opened on the device at the stand — there is no kiosk application to install or license per machine. Guest capture uses the device camera through the browser, with a full-screen preview in portrait or landscape.

QR delivery

When a generation finishes, the guest sees their result on the booth screen along with a QR code. Scanning it opens a private result page on their own phone where they can view and download the image. Nothing depends on collecting email addresses at the stand, and result links are time-limited by the platform's retention window.

Printing

Event printing runs through the Print Agent architecture: print-ready 4x6 and 2x6 layouts are rendered with the event's branding and queued by the platform, and a Print Agent you run on a machine at the event claims jobs and sends them to your printer. Per-guest print limits are enforced by the queue.

Credit control

Each AI generation consumes credits at a rate set by the selected AI model, charged server-side so a busy booth cannot spend more than the balance allows. Failed generations are refunded automatically, plans include a monthly credit allocation that rolls over, and vendors can monitor usage and buy top-ups from the dashboard.
